Watercoin.io has successfully signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the Aigua de Salenys water source and its associated bottling plant in Spain (salenys.es).
The due diligence process is currently underway, with all necessary assessments and evaluations being conducted. Once this thorough review is completed, the acquisition is planned for mid-2025.
In parallel, we are actively working on expanding our sales market. At present, monthly production stands at approximately 60,000 bottles. We are fully committed to increasing this number and solidifying our presence in the market. Our strategy focuses on effectively promoting our product portfolio and strengthening our market position.

Watercoin.io has reached another milestone by successfully signing a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the Vrelo water source, owned by the company Ekovizija d.o.o. Belgrade, located in the Serbian village of Vrelo near the city of Pirot.
The source provides over 100 liters of drinking water per second with excellent quality and a pH value well above 8.
The due diligence process for the source has been completed, and calculations for a bottling plant at the source are in full swing, with all necessary assessments and evaluations underway. Once this thorough review is finalized, construction is planned to commence in the summer of 2025 and is expected to take 9-12 months to complete.
In parallel, we have secured agreements with partners in the East to purchase the full production capacity, making us independent of other markets. Additionally, we are actively working on expanding our sales market.
